Along with the most intense qualifying action of the season, the Maine-based NELCAR Legends will make their Thunder Road debut on Saturday, October 4 during the Booth Bros./Hood Milk Bowl Qualifying Day!

Barre, VT — Following Monday’s exciting announcement from the American-Canadian Tour, Thunder Road officials are also proud to announce that Milton CAT has joined in to present the Squier Cup Late Model Triple Crown at the Nation’s Site of Excitement for the foreseeable future! With the Mekkelsen RV Memorial Day Classic on May 26, the Vermont Lottery Governor’s Cup 150 on July 17 and the WDEV Radio Vermont 100 on July 31 making up the 2025 schedule, the Squier Cup presented by Milton CAT is set to make a big return for year number two on the Barre highbanks!

East Montpelier’s Brodie Frazier, the beloved ‘Frickin Chicken’ of the Burnett Scrap Metals Road Warriors, is flying the coup in 2025 to join the iconic Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers for a run at the Rookie of the Year honors in Thunder Road’s longest running division!

The Vermont Lottery will continue as title sponsor for the fan-favorite Vermont Governor’s Cup 150 through 2027 at the Nation’s Site of Excitement as the iconic event celebrates its 46th, 47th and 48th editions high atop Quarry Hill!
