Barre, VT — To complete a picturesque and amazingly rain-free weekend in Central Vermont, the sights and sounds of Barre’s Thunder Road International Speedbowl went off without a hitch on Sunday for the 45th Labor Day Classic presented by New England Federal Credit Union. The American-Canadian Tour once again put on a thrilling international showdown while the weekly warriors of the Thunder Road highbanks wowed the large crowd on hand and those at home around the world on FloRacing.

Barre, VT — Setting the stage for Sunday’s 45th Labor Day Classic 200, the rain-delayed Jet Service Envelope/Accura Printing Night program went off with a bang on Friday. Tight, competitive racing throughout the divisions wowed the crowd, as did the annual Run-What-U-Brung spectator drags which brought the rabid fanbase to their feet on more than one occasion.

After rains moved in following qualifying for the rk Miles Street Stocks and Maplewood/Irving Oil Late Models last night, a new batch of schedule changes have been released by Thunder Road officials today.

Barre, VT — On what started out as a perfect afternoon in Central Vermont suddenly turned gray, deary and, worst of all, wet on Thursday. Following the conclusion of qualifying for rk Miles Street Stocks and Maplewood/Irving Oil Late Models, rains began to fall on the Thunder Road property causing the Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers to duck into the pit area. After track drying was nearly complete, with the help of the Flying Tigers, a heavier batch of rain moved back into the area, and the radar to prompt officials to pull the plug. Jet Service Envelope/Accura Printing Night has been postponed to Friday, September 1st to kick-start Labor Day weekend at Thunder Road prior to Sunday’s 45t Labor Day Classic 200 for the American-Canadian Tour.

Barre, VT — After stellar racing highlighted the FloRacing reels on Sunday, Thunder Road turns around and returns to racing for the final Thursday-night program of the season on Jet Service Envelope/Accura Printing Night on August 24th.
